The Rasmussen Reports daily Poll for Monday shows that 30% of the nation’s voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Thirty-nine percent (39%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -9.
Support for the health care reform proposed by the President and Congressional Democrats has fallen to its lowest level yet. Senior citizens are less supportive of the plan than younger voters. Read more…

“Put a fork in me I am done. I am not making any phone calls; I won’t be supporting the Democratic party in any way, shape, or form from here on out. We should have single payer, and instead the Democrats, and President Obama are collapsing on the one compromise most of us have already made, the public option. I am finished with the Demoncrats [sic].
Frankly, I could give a good two cents what any Demoncrat thinks anymore. The Democratic Party is no more a progressive, or a Democrat than I am a Republican. The simple fact of the matter is all or most politicians have sold out to ego, and the dollar under the guise that they think they are doing the most good, for the most people. If they were really doing the most good for the most people they would be supporting single payer. This “personal responsibility” line that politicians like to use is a joke.” Read more…
