As brand new Democrat Arlen Spector tries to demonstrate to his new party that he’s one of them now, Spector is ponying up with former minority leader and now (big time) corporate lobbyist Dick Gephardt. Specter and Gephardt are headlining an Aspen Institute policy forum today on “U.S. Medical Innovation, Highlight Achieving Recovery Through Discovery.” What a great lobbying opportunity for Dick!
