Charges Dropped Against Rep’s. Smith & Aull; Can We Now See the Surveillance Tapes?

Sen. Jeff Smith met Paris Hilton at the Ameristar Casino in St. Charles on February 24th of last year.

It will be interesting to see if the Sunshine Law requests by the Missouri Republican Party and Antonio French of PubDef for the Missouri Gaming Commission tapes are honored, since those records were promised once the Smith and Aull cases were finished.

Absolutely!! Lets see the tapes. It is obivious this was politically motivated and nothing less. Tell me of another “misdemeanor” crime that takes this long for charges to be filed & for the matter to be resolved. We see that someone knows how to use photo shop from the looks of the pic; how about the same dedication with your headlines? Couldn’t you at least spell the names correctly?
