Good political move today by the Blunt Administration to not meet with disgruntled, perennial candidate Jack Jackson tomorrow.

The Democrats are attempting to spin the decision as evidence that “Matt Blunt is running scared.” But even a third tier political operative/blogger -with a political science degree and a host of failed candidates behind him – can understand it would be foolish to give Jackson the stature and credibility to demand a meeting with the governor.

I believe Jackson’s poll was not as rosy as he had hoped. I also believe that Jackson, in this political poker game with the Governor, just had his bluff called.
