The coordinator of the controversial Missouri Civil Rights Initiative, Tim Asher, is the guest on the new “Missouri Viewpoints” edition released today.

During the interview with Mike Ferguson, Asher defends the effort to ban the state government from considering demographic factors, like race and sex, in decisions like choosing contractors for government work, enrollment in public universities and in hiring for government jobs.

The MRCI is part of a multi-state effort of the American Civil Rights Initiative, the national organization led by Ward Connerly.
