Clinton Appointee & Former Gephardt Aide Dismisses Kinder’s Obamacare Lawsuit

Should we really be surprised that a federal judge who is a Clinton appointee and former administrative aide to former Congressman Dick “son of a milk truck driver” Gephardt would decide in favor of socialized medicine?

Missouri Watchdog:

Judge Rodney Sippel slammed the federal courthouse doors in the face of Missourians, Kinder said in a statement Tuesday.

“His truly extreme ruling dismisses our lawful claims and the dire consequences that President Obama’s health care law will have on Missouri and our citizens,” Kinder said, adding he will request an expeditious review from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, which is located in downtown St. Louis.

Kinder filed his lawsuit, along with three other plantiffs, against the federal health care law last year in July in Cape Girardeau.

The decision to dismiss the lawsuit further demonstrates the need for Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster, a Democrat, to get involved in the health care issue, said Koster, a Republican. Read more….
