Now some truth. Sources tell MOPNS that Rep. Calloway’s “walk home for healthcare” stunt was cancelled last week due to concerns sponsors had regarding serious allegations that have been swirling around the Capitol about Calloway all session.  One sponsor told us in an email that once they became aware of the allegations from a very credible source, they “didn’t want to touch Don Calloway with a ten foot pole!”

On another note, can anyone tell us why Rep. Calloway’s desk was moved to another location on the House floor a few weeks ago? We’re told that this is unprecedented and almost never happens.
