Former state Rep. Neal St. Onge has went back to his roots since his ill fated state senate run last year and his short lived job in state government. A tipster found this notation in the “About Me” section on St. Onge’s Facebook page:
“My wife Mary Kay & I are working in the Coldwell Banker Town & Country real estate office the #1 real estate office in the state of Missouri.”
His old House biography page said St. Onge spent 30 years as an excavating and grading contractor. It said he also spent 15 years in property development and was a real estate broker. We hope he remembers to pay his real estate license fee when it comes up for renewal.
Arch City Chronicle 2/13/08:
“Rep. Neal St. Onge is the Chair of the Transportation Committee.
He recently “proposed raising vehicle license fees, fuel taxes and sales taxes over a six-year period. Most of the money – about $3.6 billion – would convert Interstate 70 into four lanes in each direction, with special lanes for truck traffic.”
The irony is that St. Onge’s plates are expired.
He hasn’t paid his license fee, because he hasn’t gotten new plates. And he can’t get new license plates until he pays his personal property tax.
The database shows that he owes $165.47 for his 2007 personal property tax. That includes interest and penalties.”
