Apparently, Missouri Governor Jay Nixon and some other top Democrats and Law Enforcement bureaucrats in the State seem to think so.
Meet Jay Stoner (photo). Jay is a 31-year old Mayor of a tiny town in south central Missouri. The town’s name is Mack’s Creek. Population – 267. According to Wiki, the town has a Cafe, Bank, Art Gallery, Post Office, Garage, Public Library, a Distinguished School, Two churches (one in the photo below), Recording studio, Senior Housing, and a Cemetery.

You forgot to mention the speed trap. It’s been years since I have driven through there, so maybe that’s a past landmark of Mack’s Creek.
