More Koster “Tricky” Financing?

July 16th, 2008 by mopns · No Comments

Interesting observation from a keen observer:

“Chris Koster reported he received $182,000.00 in “in-kind” contributions from “pass through” committees during the past three months. Koster is using this reporting method to funnel through money from special interest groups and to keep from having to report the money on his cash on hand amount.

In-kind contributions are normally donations of food, drinks, services, etc., not a way to circumvent campaign reporting laws.”
