“Sticking with the Republican Playbook he’s followed during the (sic) most of his term in the state Senate, Chris Koster continues to side with corporate special interests, voting for a bill that will make it easier for telephone companies to raise rates on consumers. The measure, HB 1779, would “free phone companies from most remaining state regulation,” according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
Senator Koster, a man of many contradictions to say the least, said the following at his party switch press conference last summer: “My loyalties to the working people of this state long predates my switching parties”

I am supporting Margaret Donnelly but the press release is dead on.
