In his Iraq surrender speech, Rep. Skelton decried America’s “lack of readiness” due to the Iraq War. So going to Guam Mr. Congressman – to make sure Guam gets its share of military pork – will make America ready to defend herself from her enemies?

“We have a very aggressive agenda for the forum that will include overview briefs on the status of the buildup plan and presentations (ranging) from federal requirements and acquisition execution plans to small business goals and doing business on Guam.”
