The ridiculous nonpartisan commssion in charge of picking the finalists for Matt Blunt to pick for the high court have picked:

 Nannette A. Baker- Democrat appointee

Patricia A. Breckenridge- Republican appointee

Ronald R. Hollinger- Democrat appointee.

Baker is the only African-American and she is also the only one who will definitely not make it to round two. So Gov. Blunt has the privilege of being the one accused of racism for not appointing another black person to the “black seat.”
