The AP is reporting Matt Blunt has found a replacement for John King who resigned from the Missouri Ethic Commission in April.
King will be replaced by former Republican legislator Ken Legan. In case you forgot, Legan served in the House until 2001 and became popular for pushing a law that made it illegal to take pictures of animals without their consent.
