Representative Joe Smith of St. Charles County will give honor to the men and women who have lost their lives in the service of their country during a speech this coming Monday, Memorial Day, at 11 am. While Rep. Smith anticipates his comments will reflect appreciation for Veterans of the Vietnam war, he will give special tribute to a World War I veteran who died in February—Harold Ramsey.
