Second, Russ – who has been a reliable rubber stamp for every looney, liberal policy coming out of the Obama White House – now wants to engage in ‘bi-partisanship’ after the shellacking the Dem’s received in Massachussetts Tuesday. The charter member of Missouri’s  lucky sperm club has entered into an alliance with freshman Louisiana republican congressman Anh “Joseph” Cao called the American Engagement Caucus:

“Whether it’s the tsunami in Indonesia or the recent earthquake, the need for international cooperation is bigger than ever,” he said this afternoon in a preview of tomorrow’s gathering. “I think it’s important that we look for smart ways to engage, because often times we see periods where people try to go backward.” Read more…
