More sobering reality for Obamacare fans. Weren’t we promised that the healthcare cost curve would be heading down now that we have socialized medicine?

Missouri‘s Medicaid budget is likely to rise by hundreds of millions of dollars next year. But state officials say there is little they can do about it….
