Cleaver: Diversity is Only Diversity When Democrats Practice It

June 24th, 2010 by sclemons · No Comments

Read this hypocritical and elitist comment from back bencher Emanuel Cleaver on the election of African American Republican Tim Scott, R-SC to the U.S. House of Representatives:

“Diversity goes beyond skin color and gender to include opinion, and Scott lacks a different point of view. This gentleman is to the right of many of the members in the Republican Caucus, so he will blend in quite well with them in terms of ideology. So I don’t know where the diversity is in adding someone who thinks like everyone else.” — Rep. Emanuel Cleaver, D-Mo.

First of all, where is the diversity “beyond skin color and gender” in the Congressional Black Caucus? Second where was the diversity of opinion when a former pro life Pennsylvania governor was denied permission to speak in prime time at the 1992 Democrat convention? Where was the diversity of opinion when Joe Lieberman was drummed out of the Democrat Party because of his strong support for the Iraq war? Cleaver calls Mr. Scott to the right of many of his members in the Republican caucus? This from a guy who traveled to Cuba on a Congressional junket last year and said he didn’t see any repression?

Cleaver is a racist who preaches and lives the Black Liberation Theology. Like all racist Democrats, if you aren’t for their programs and money to fund them then you are a white bigot. Cleaver and the Democrats are the ones who keep the minority races down and beholding to the government. Thus it gives them power and riches. He is a proven liar, like when he initially claimed he was spit on and then later retracted his statement, lying that he didn’t say he was. The man is a tax cheat and has been for years with the car wash he owns in south Kansas City. He claims he’s a man fo God, but he doesn’t know God.
