Nixon Quiet on American Airline Service Cuts

September 18th, 2009 by mopns · No Comments

The Governor’s office has remained amazingly silent after American Airlines announced yesterday that they were slashing service from St. Louis. When you type the key words “American Airlines” and “St. Louis” in the Governor’s search engine, this is what you get. Maybe Jay is being quiet because he’s reassured by the airline’s pledge that job losses “will be minimal.”  Nixon was not so quiet when he was touting the creation of two jobs in Boone County last July.
