It must be a full moon! Former St. Louis Mayor Vincent Schoemehl, who promised African Americans he would re-open an inner city hospital – and didn’t – and who called then governor candidate Mel Carnahan a redneck, is now the saviour for racial tensions in St. Louis?

Let’s not forget that former St. Louis school board member Vince Schoemehl called a group of protesters who interrupted a school board meeting “Nazis.” Unbelievable! All kidding aside, where is the current Mayor in this mess?
